Whether it's a corporate event, conference, or networking event: Professional event photos capture the atmosphere, the people, and the key moments of an event.

To help me prepare a suitable quote and provide the best possible support for your event, it would be helpful if you could provide some information right from the start of your inquiry. Just a few key details are all it takes for us to plan the photography assignment together.

The date and venue are among the most important details. This allows me to check whether I'm available and how I can arrange my travel.

It’s also helpful to know whether the event will take place indoors, outdoors, or at multiple locations. A conference at a hotel has different requirements than an outdoor summer party. If the exact location hasn’t been determined yet, specifying the region is sufficient for the initial inquiry.

Not every event needs to be photographed from the reception until the last guest leaves. What matters most is which parts of the program and which moments should be captured in the photos.

Is the focus primarily on the keynote speech and the reception that follows? Or should the setup, dinner, and party also be captured? A rough itinerary helps me estimate a reasonable duration for the assignment. I make sure that, in addition to the scheduled events, there’s enough time for interactions, spontaneous moments, and the little details.

In my event photography, my goal is to capture the atmosphere of an event as naturally as possible. This includes, among other things, conversations, reactions from the audience, and small moments that occur outside the official program.

Nevertheless, there are often elements that simply cannot be left out. These might include specific individuals, group photos, speakers, an awards ceremony, or the presence of sponsors.

Images for LinkedIn or a "Looking Back" section on a website sometimes have different requirements than photos for press releases, brochures, or internal presentations.

If I know how the photo will be used later, I can pay attention to appropriate framing and formats while I'm taking the picture. For example, a website banner often requires more white space for text.

Sometimes the first photos from an event are needed as early as that same evening for social media or the press. In other cases, delivery within a few days is sufficient. It’s best to discuss such deadlines as early as possible. This allows you to clarify whether a quick preliminary selection is desired and when the complete set of photos should be delivered.

For me, providing photographic coverage also involves carefully selecting and editing the images.

As an event photographer, I cover corporate events, conferences, and other gatherings in Zurich, Zug, and throughout Switzerland. It’s important to me to photograph in an attentive yet unobtrusive manner. My goal is to capture natural, high-quality images that bring the event to life in people’s memories and can be used in a variety of ways for corporate communications.

For an initial inquiry, please provide the date, location, approximate duration, and a brief description of the event. We'll work out the rest of the details together.
